GTA IV 4 Windows live Region Problem Error

Here i will tell the solution for the GTA IV Live ID Region problem...
For those who bought the Original GTA 4 and cant play online.

1. Make a clear installation of the game.
2. Make a Windows Live ID selecting US as your country, and then make a gamertag here :
http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-US/Live/Pages/livejoin.aspx selecting also US as your country (if asked).
3. Join Rockstar Social Club and select also US as your counrty. Then Link this account with your Live ID (after registering there will be a page saying " what you want to do after" and there will be a link saying link to Games for Windows.)
4. Start the game loging in the Social club
5. Log in Windows Live in the game

Then it will make an update and you are ready to go!!!
Play the game online / multiplayer from any country!!
